All memberships at Fit Life abide by the following terms

• Unless otherwise stated all memberships are a 1 year contract
• A $25 registration fee per person is due at the time of sign up
• All memberships receive 24/7 access and unlimited tanning
• Key-tags are issued to members 16+ and can be picked up at the facilities after contract is signed and payment is made
• Members under age 18 must have a parent or guardian be present to sign contract and pick up key-tag
