Cardio is an important part of your fitness routine. To help you achieve your cardio  goals Fit Life offers equipment from the Life fitness and Cybex lines such as treadmills and ellipticals. We also provide a recumbent bike, stationary bike and a row machine.

Unlimited tanning is part of the deal when you sign up for a membership at Fit Life. 

We have 2, 14 min tanning beds for you to use to get your tan on all year long. 

Tanning sessions are available on a first come first serve basis.

Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, 2 power lifting racks, smith machine, functional trainer, and leg press are just some of the equipment we provide for you 24/7. We also host a full suite of stand alone machines to target specific muscle groups.
